Data We Collect
- Your account identifier and authentication records.
- Messages, conversation titles, and source questions you submit.
- Responses, saved wisdom, and timestamps needed to preserve your history.
How We Use Data
- Provide reflective responses and conversation continuity.
- Maintain your Reflection Archive and Wisdom Collection.
- Authenticate sessions, protect accounts, and troubleshoot reliability.
OpenAI Processing
When you choose Allow, VEGA sends your message and relevant essay or source context to OpenAI to generate a response. You can revoke that permission from Me. VEGA will ask again before sending another message.
Essays and Sources
Reflective essays and public-domain source context may be selected to help shape a response. Source metadata may be stored with a conversation so you can return to its context.
Tracking
VEGA does not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising.
Retention
Your account history remains available until you delete your account or request support. Operational records may be retained only when required for security, legal compliance, or resolving a support issue.
Your Controls
- You can revoke OpenAI processing permission from Me.
- You can delete saved wisdom without changing its source conversation.
- You can delete your account in the app, which removes account-owned conversations and saved wisdom from this service.
